Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, registering, or using any part of the diss88 platform — including the website, mobile application, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Member Eligibility

2.1 Registration and use of the diss88 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party;

Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the diss88 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts and their balances being frozen.

3.2 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address must be submitted.

3.3 Account information such as passwords is the personal responsibility of the user. diss88 will not ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately via our 24/7 live chat.

3.4 Transferring or selling an account to another party is prohibited. diss88 account usage rights cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 diss88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10. The minimum withdrawal permitted per transaction is RM100.

4.3 The withdrawal processing period is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is received and verified. diss88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

4.4 All deposit transactions must use a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. diss88 reserves the right to decline deposits from unverifiable sources and to require that all withdrawals be returned to the original deposit method.

4.5 Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the related account will be terminated.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 diss88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonuses received must be wagered 10 times the bonus value before any portion of winnings calculated as derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Each promotion has its own validity period and specific conditions. The terms stated on the relevant promotion page are to be read together with these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms will apply.

5.4 diss88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Users found abusing promotions — including opening multiple accounts or using hedging betting strategies — may have their bonus cancelled and be subject to further action.

Betting Rules

6.1 All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user. A bet is considered valid once the diss88 system confirms its acceptance and sufficient funds have been deducted from the user's account.

6.2 In the event of a technical error, service disruption, or data inconsistency during a match or game, diss88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the amount to the user's account.

6.3 The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any account suspected of using such methods may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

User Responsibilities

7.1 Users agree not to use the diss88 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and system interference.

Intellectual Property Rights

8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent from diss88.

Termination and Restrictions

9.1 diss88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.

9.2 Users who wish to close their own account may submit a request to the diss88 customer support team via live chat or email. Valid balances remaining after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law

12.3 The Malay language version of this document is the preferred version for users from Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Malay language version shall apply.
